Raffle Intro and Rules

  Raffles will be held and overseen by SLHRinoa. To participate, gamble an item of worthwhile value. The raffle will not accept junk items. (Don't worry if you are a very low level character.) To gamble your item, send it to SLHRinoa with the subject "Raffle". Your item will be entered into the lot. At the end of the raffle's duration, a winner will be drawn. The winner takes the lot!
  If no other players have participated, the items from the lot will be returned to their respective owners.
  Have fun, and keep the game clean and fun for all. :)
